Hello,

I have a problem with Azure for students. I registered for Azure free trial, and then I found out I can apply for a students version, so I did with the same e-mail. Now in my Microsoft Azure portal under subscriptions I have a free trial and a DreamSpark and a note "Your subscription has access to free tier services only. Click here to upgrade now to unlock all features.", but the status is active. When I go to management portal I can only create files in a free trial Azure not in the DreamSpark one. I'm on a college which has a DreamSpark agreement. So what do I have to do now to activate the DreamSoark account, do I need to use my college e-mail or do I need some college certificate?

Please check this link which talks about Educator grant and the Dreams Park for students. As  you have already subscribed for the free trial, with the same live ID you may not be able to make use of Dreams Park offers. However, recommend you to try registering with a different Live ID.

Hi Duy,

What do you mean by student ID card ?

Is that he email address used for student ID card ?

If you have not already used the email address for Azure services, Yes you may continue to use the same. Otherwise it is preferred to use a different LIVE ID.
