When I look at the bill for my test account I see items like:

Basic Gateway Hours - Virtual Network

Standard IO - Page Blob/Disk (GB)

Storage Transactions (in 10,000s) - Data Management

in addition to other items like Compute Hours, etc.

I didn't see these items listed in the Microsoft Azure Pricing Calculator and I am wondering how to anticipate these costs for a prospect.

In the storage pricing page you will see that microsoft charge 0.0036 per 100,000 transactions for all Standard storage types.
