When I look at the bill for my test account I see items like:

Basic Gateway Hours - Virtual Network

Standard IO - Page Blob/Disk (GB)

Storage Transactions (in 10,000s) - Data Management

in addition to other items like Compute Hours, etc.

I didn't see these items listed in the Microsoft Azure Pricing Calculator and I am wondering how to anticipate these costs for a prospect.

Basic Gateway Hours - Virtual Network = this is for VNET

Standard IO - Page Blob/Disk (GB)  = is for storage account

Storage Transactions (in 10,000s) - Data Management  =  this is transactions between the storage and the services and comes under data management.

You don't see these items listed in Azure Pricing Calculator link, you need to select each item individually to see the details.
