Azure Site recovery for SQL 2012 Cluster

Hi,

I have two nodes of SQL 2012 STD Cluster and i want to configure Azure site recovery for that, is it possible? and how i can do that?

also i read that Azure Site recovery is compatible only with Hyper-V host windows server 2012 R2, this mean i cannot use Windows server 2012 Hyper-V as a source? i have to upgrade the existing 2012 server to have azure site recovery?

as per the below article source server 2012 is Available in Preview

Hi,

Are you planning on utilizing Azure Site recovery between your datacenters with VMM at each location?? If so, Azure Site Recovery does work with Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V hosts. In fact, I started that project about a month ago or so and it's working pretty good. Still having some issues when it comes to recovery plans though.

Actually i do not have VMM, only 2 hosts of Hyper-V hosts. and what about SQL cluster, it is not availability group but only failover cluster
