Azure Site Recovery Registration Error (Network Steve Forum)

Azure Site Recovery Registration Error

Hi Team,

Just working to setup Azure site recovery for the first time and getting an error during the setup.

Am running Server 2012 R2 Data Center Edition with all the latest updates patched and installed.

Following the Tutorial: Set up Protection Between an On-Premises Hyper-V Site and Azure

And I get to step 9 - then the error that its unable to retrieve the vault information from Azure.

Thus far I've;

Regenerated the vault credential / key file and restarted the process but same error
Adjusted the DNS and rebooted and also disabled the firewall to test if that made any difference

Finally - attempted to run the DRconfigrator.exe from PowerShell but still not any progress.

Has anyone else had problems like this? Any suggestions on what I need to look out for?

Please can you share the logs from %ProgramData%\ASRLogs folder.
