Hi,

From our backend, it shows that the sync has been cancelled and the sync group has been removed. Could you please confirm whether the stuck problem has been resolved? Also, are there any other issue you were encountering during using SQL Data Sync Service? Please feel free to let me know.

Regards,
Bowen

Best thing to do is remove the group and then recreate it.
