This is probably not the correct forum for this but seeing how Microsoft won't let Bizspark customers open a technical support request  we have no other choice. 

Why is a web page taking 25 seconds to load today when it usually take 3 seconds?  You're not listing any issues but clearly something has changed to impact the sql side.

My Azure resources are all in Northern Europe and nothing was listed as impacted there. The dashboard in the Azure portal also listed nothing down yet for over 4 hours my app performance sucked right in the middle of a major demo.

What's frustration is the lack of any way to communicate with support staff for Azure. It's the one thing that would drive me away.
