We plan to migrate databases locates in Different countries to Azure and perform regular sync via Azure Infrastructure.

Would someone advise if the Azure SQL DB synch across boundary is feassible, say between Hong Kong & GuangZhou, China?

1. Before migration, you need to first create the target Azure SQL database which you want your data to be synced to. When create those Azure SQL databases, you can select the region where you want the databases to be hosted.
2. Yes, sync between a) SQL Server Databases and Azure SQL Databases; b) Several Azure SQL Databases; are well supported by SQL Data Sync Service.
