Hello all, 

I have a B1 SQL DB (V12) running on Azure. This DB has been consistently running with data for a few weeks now. I want to use the feature in the new preview portal where the tier is recommended to me based off of the usage, as well as the Index Advisory. Instead of getting tier recommendations, all of the tiers and their prices show. When I try to sign up for Index Advisory, I get an error message to "Fix errors on the page" but there are no apparent errors to be seen. Has anyone experienced this or could there be something obvious that I'm missing to utilize these features? Perhaps some additional prerequisites? Thanks!
