I am actually trying the free version of Azure mobile services and I'm "playing" with notification hub.

I managed to send cross platform notification to WP8 devices, Android and iOS devices or emulator. When I check the metrics in the Notification Hub dashboard, I see that there are 4 active devices and I was wondering if there's a way to "deactivate" them having the limit of 500 devices. Moreover, with the free version I have the threshold od 3.333 push notification per day but I didn' t understand if one notification sent by the back end (I mean one SendGcmNativeNotificationAsync, SendMpnsNativeNotificationAsync etc..) matches with one push notification for the counter (3.333).
