All I need to know is what all features in Microsoft Azure would require to have a SCVMM Private Cloud or Azure Pack Infrastructure in place?

I know that Microsoft removed the need for a SCVMM infrastructure for Azure Site recovery, but are there are any other features of Azure that would require a Private Cloud Infrastructure?

Azure Pack needs VMM.

Besides, could you please tell me that which feature in Azure do you need? It's hard to exhaust the ways of using VMM.

As far as I know I can use all Azure features even if I don't have a SCVMM Private Cloud Infrastructure hosted at my location. Do I need to rely on SCVMM Private Cloud to use any of the Azure features?
