Hi, I'm trying to use Hub Notifications in my Windows Store App in windows 8.1 preview. As part of this, I need to install Windows Azure Service Bus from Nuget.  This install has a dependency on Windows Azure Configuration Manager.

When I install the Service Bus package, the following error occurs and prevents the package from being installed.

Install failed. Rolling back...

Could not install package 'Microsoft.WindowsAzure.ConfigurationManager 2.0.1.0'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets '.NETCore,Version=v4.5.1', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more information, contact the package author.

I think it's a bug . This error can repro on my PC. ANd I think that's because service bus team haven't work on windows 8.1 yet.
