I recently tried to sign up for Windows Azure using my MSDN Subscription. The problem is I couldn't preform the mobile verification part as my country (Ethiopia) is not in the list of countries. Does this also mean we cannot use Windows Azure in this country? If yes, when will the services be available to us? Thanks.
