Is there any way to auto resolve the alert , the alert is generated due to connectivity issue for minimal amount of time ..
Please advise...
We have options to auto resolve the alerts that are generated from Monitors. Check you monitor properties in "Alerting" tab. Alerts can be set to auto resolve when the monitor state turns healthy again.
Alerts from Rules cannot be auto resolved.
alert can be generated by monitor or rule. Alert generated by rule cannot be autoresolve and need manually to close the alert. for monitor alert, whether it is auto-close or not is due to the monitor setting. Usually, monitor alert can be closed when monitor health state tun back into healthy state.
