Authoritative time server
Hello, you have to accept that the DC having the PDCEmulator FSMO is the time source for the domain, this is by design and cannot be changed. So transfer the PDCEmulator FSMO role to another DC and reconfigure the time service on the old/new PDCEmulator. Hey guys, I am configuring an authoritative time server for work. We had to decommision our old time server. I am using a log-on script that points to the new time server, BUT when I log in the script tells me its pointing to a totally different server. My boss does not want that server as the time server, as this is VMware (PDC). How would I go about turning off the PDC time server to point to the server I have the log-on script? Thanks!
