I create a new Management Pack for New User Onboarding. The example was my guide.

My problem is with the attach file, I need to add on the form for applicants to attach a file but I could not do it to attach, in SCSM console I can not lower it. I need any special setup for the file to be downloaded to the console.

I am used SCSM 2012 R2.
