Dear Support

We recently got error saying "The grace period remote desktop host server expired..." and installed RD call licenses which was purchased in the month of march 2015. But still we are not able to access the server by remote connection. Please go thru the screen shot enclosed for your easy reference and help me to solve this issue. I have tried tried the solution suggested by you for earlier blogs but the remoteapp servics and RDMS services are not starting

operating system is windows 2012 R2 standard

I wasnt able to find the screenshot you have mentioned, do you mind uploading it again?

Regarding services unable to start issue, please check event logs for related warning/error messages to find out possible cause.

In addition, you may also reboot the server during non-working hours to see whether services start normally.

I tried re-starting the server but problem not solved, the services are not starting. I am not able to send the image as form says "message body cannot contain image unless your account is verified." Please your mail id so that I can attach the screen shot

Please upload the picture with OneDrive.

Have you looked into Event Logs?

In addition, please also ensure that the machine is fully patched to avoid unexpected issue.
