I have been in IT for over 25 years, but due to a recent bike accident I now suffer amnesia. It affects a lot of things in my life, but But today I didn't realize how much until I was stumped setting up my Server..Its extremely frustrating and I apologize to anyone who is offended by my memory problem.
Assistance would be much appreciated.

I am wanting to load other systems from DOS to access the OS or OSX over my local network or secure internet which is installed on the Windows Server2012 R2 Data Centre GUI platform. I want the server to run approximately 2-10 machines.

I also run a Karaoke business and would like to have my content accessable over any network with logon 300,000+ songs

I would like to store my MP3 and videos for streaming 

I would also like to have my IP Cameras Setup and to be accessible also.

If I remember correctly windows server is able to host up to 3 functions???
