I dont find how to view data in the dashboard "Applications", under "Application Monitoring". The screenshot is more explicit :

Can you help me to resolve it?

This one is actually called "360 .NET Application Monitoring Dashboard" and it represents the metrics not only from APM monitoring, but from Web Application Availability Monitoring and Global Service Monitoring (GSM) as well.

In order to populate it with data you should create 3 tier Distributed Application (DA) within appropriate template on Authoring tab and specify the layers of your DA:
