Application popup: EXCEL.EXE - Application Error

Our Objectives-
Copies chart from existing excel file & changes its data & exports that as image.
The process is divided in major 3 steps.
Get chart object from existing file
Paste new data to chart
Export chart as image
During any of these three step it fails without any reason

I recommand to you to update your printer driver and check if this solve your problem or not. Have a look to
this link .
If this does not help, you may try to re-install Excel.

It seems we are near to fix this error.
Facing same problem here.
Providing more info ...
I have observed some event logs that shows some printer/driver are missing along with excel.exe error.
Tried removed all printer installed & then stopped spooler service.
Retried application ...No logs of excel but excel was not initiated due to following error

Event ID: 1114

Description:
Error communicating with the Spooler system service. Open the Services snap-in and confirm that the Print Spooler service is running.
Resumed Spooler service & attempted 1 more time. But this time new error!!

The service "SPOOLER" may not have unregistered for device event notifications before it was stopped.

Started followed service on server & application for 4 cycle completely successful.
1.
NET Runtime Optimization Service
2.
Alerter service
3.
ASP.NET State
4.
The Print Spooler
Now error seems to less occurant.Previously it was throwing excel/printer error on every cycle begining.
