I have 3 azure accounts, two with 3 subscriptions and one with 25+. I've signed up explicitly for Azure Billing Alerts for each subscription, yet have no way of actually viewing/setting up the feature from the Azure Management Portal. Has anyone had success with this feature? Ticket opened to Microsoft was closed as they do not support Preview Features and instead tell us to ask the community (MSDN or stackoverflow).

http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/azure-billing-set-up-alerts/ is their documentation page, yet for all of my subscriptions I do not have the 'ALERTS PREVIEW' option next to 'Overview' and 'Billing History'.

That's the link I used, and the 'ALERTS' tab in the screenshot on that page does not show even after signing up for the Preview Feature.

I finally have given up on the Azure Billing Alerts Preview since i still have no functionality even after signing up all 25+ subscriptions.

I found infrastructure Guardian which provides a free dashboard for billing alerts  https://portal.igcm.com/register.  This has solved all billing needs for our company.
