All discoveries related to OS SQL are failing.

SQL managment pack use action account "SQL Server discovery Account" to run disocvery script. so make sure that the discovery account has require permission on disocvery SQL server such as
1) read pemission on HKLM\software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL server registry
2) View any definiton, view server state and view any database on server instance
