I have run Robert Pearman's Configuration Troubleshooter on the server and clients and all is showing ok.

What is going on here and how can I fix it?

Hi Eve,

Thank you for taking the time to reply. A short while ago I was playing around with it and I decided to repair the backups once again and this time, straight after that it started working! I had done this a few times before but it had no effect. I'm not sure what happened here but backups have started running again so I'm happy.

Kind regards

Hi,

I am glad to hear that the problem has been resolved.

It seems to be a suspended backup component and recovered after repairing, but unsure.

Best Regards,
Eve Wang
