I have run Robert Pearman's Configuration Troubleshooter on the server and clients and all is showing ok.

What is going on here and how can I fix it?

Hi,

Confirm that if backup related services on both server and client are running:
Server side - Windows Server Client Computer Backup Provider Service, and Windows Server Client Computer Backup Service.
Client side - Windows Server Client Computer Backup Provider Service,

Open Dashboard on Essentials server, select Home Healthy monitoring, confirm that if backup related alert is displayed. try to fix it(if any) with guide.

if the problem persists, does the client backup works before? Any change before this problem happened? what is the client OS version?
