All DHCP reservations gone (W2K3)
Hello, We saw this morning that every dhcp reservations disappeared on our 2 servers. We'd restored the DHCP DB and everything was fine. My question: an idea ? Hi, Check DHCP logs, you might get some clues over there. Analyzing server log files: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc776384(v=ws.10).aspx Enable Audit Logging for future use if not already enabled Audit logging: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc758251(v=ws.10).aspx Check Event Viewer on DHCP server as well. Hello, It could be due to a corruption in DHCP database cause of the unexpected restart of DHCP service or the server itself. At current, I would suggest monitor your DHCP server for some days and see whats happening. Thanks Zhang
