Agents not getting SCOM UR4 Update Patch

For any manually installed SCOM agent, you should manually installed UR4 update Patch. Go to Monitoring workspace --> Operations Manager --> Agent Details --> Agents by Version to check whether the agent is successful apply the update Patch.

1) SCOM Agents were installed Manually to 20 Domain Controllers but only 5 of them have SCOM UR4 Update Patch applied.

Any error message displayed when you apply the UR4 Update patch.

Hi Roger, thanks for the reply... just updated the question. Yes I did just that.

And no, I have not seen any errors. that's why I wanted to know what may be the cause.

1) open operations console with /clear cache option and verify whether the agent patch list is updated or not
2) check the file version on scom agent to verify that the UR4 is applied successfully or not

3) Stop "Microsoft Monitoring Service"
4) Delete "Program Files\Microsoft Monitoring Agent\Agent\Health Service State" Folder
5) Start "Microsoft Monitoring Service"
6) Check any error on event log

Manage to patch the remaining DCs by running the KB2992020 for the SCOM Agent.
