Advice and suggestions on Security software for Windows Server 2003
Hi there, I have a client with WindowsServer2003 who has AVG on the server and all the workstations. The most recent major update has significantly slowed down the workstations (this is a 24/7 operation, operators keying orders). So I un-installed AVG and installed MSE on the main machine that is used over-night (an XP workstation) and the computer is now significantly faster. So my question is, when their AVG annual renewal is next due - what should we do ? Is there a version of MSE for the server ? I'd appreciate peoples thoughts ? TIA, Dave

Microsoft Security Essentials runs quietly and efficiently in the background so that you are free to use your Windows-based PC the way you want—without interruptions or long computer wait times. It’s also does little affect and keep the performance of your computer. Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010, the next version for Forefront Client Security.
