Adding system components after installing service pack
Say I installed Windows Server without IIS. Then installed latest service pack + all available updates. Used system for a while and then decided to install IIS. Does it mean that I need to reapply service pack (and possibly all the post-SP patches) again? Or maybe Windows Update is "smart enough" to find out only specific DLLs need updating and can update them on as-needed basis?
