Adding a local admin account to Windows Server 2008 R2
I am new to Windows Server 2008 R2. I just installed one on a Virtual machine. How do I create a local admin account.

Hi, Once you finish the installation of Windows Server 2008 R2(either on a physical machine or within a virtual machine), you will be asked to input a password for the build-in administrator account. If you want to create another user account and add it to local administrators group, please check the following guide.
