Activity not start in Service request

Hi;

I have SCSM 2012R2. When i create a new Service requet and after submitting, the status of the (manual & reveiw) activity not change to pending or in progresse they stay in the status that you can see in the screenshot below

Hi,

It seems like your workflows isn't running properly. Have you tried restarting the "Microsoft Monitoring Agent" and "System Center Management Configuration" services on the Primary Management server? If so, do you have any events in the event log (Event Viewer --> Applications and Services --> Operations Manager)

If the restart of the services Anders mentioned doesn't help you could try to clear the SCSM cache on the SCSM Management Server: SCSM 2012 TIP: All workflows stuck in new status and never completing (issue and workaround)
