I want my non admin user to be able to install a activex plugin in IE when they are promted for it. Can this be done in enviroment like this: IE7 and XP sp3, windows server 2003 with AD and GPO. We also have SCCM.

Hi Erik, According to my research, Windows XP does not support per-user ActiveX Control. Non-administrative ActiveX controls (or per-user ActiveX installation) are available on Windows Vista and later. After an administrator installs an ActiveX control properly (on Windows XP), other non-administrator will be able to use the ActiveX control.
