I have 4 DC. 3 DC in My main office, one is primary and rest of the DC is Additional and other one is remote location, that also additional domain. all are synch together right now I am getting Time issue. when i have change the correct time in my DC, its decreasing automatically. 

Can you please advice How it was happen and what is solution to fix this ?

Is this a virtual DC? if so, change virtual machine settings not to synchronize time from the host.

You can set your time service using a GPO and as per Idan post, check that your virtual machines aren't syncing with the hosts

You can try command below on DC where you are getting time difference.

w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:NTP_server_IP_Address,0x8 /syncfromflags:MANUAL

NTP_server_IP_Address : IP-address of PDC Domain controller.

You should not change time manually. it should follow the sync process.

Whats your source ?

Type w32tm /query /source in CMD to check the time source (Run CMD as Admin).

Time sync for windows AD environment is well documented here. Please refer and correct.

the domain time has to be set on the PDCEmulator and not on any other DC. So is that the case?
