I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but you can use Windows (Server) Backup to backup the System State.
This backup includes Active Directory.

Hi Sir,
If you are going to backup your AD please follow Matthijs's suggestion .
If you just want to query AD information and store it in SQL for analysis , please refer to following article regarding to query AD information with T-SQL :
