Active Directories does not work
I have a major issue with one of my customer's new SBS 2008 setups. The server is fine for like a week or two and then all of a sudden users can't access their emails from Exchange 2007. When I remote into the server I see that Active Directories does not work and Exchange 2007 is affected too. When I restart the server everything is fine for another week or two again then it presents the same issue once more. This goes on and on.

The description of the problem is too vague. You can start by going back to the customer's site and taking a look at the server's event logs. Check the system log and application log. Note any error messages on the screen when you launch the admin tools... While you are there, also take the time to ensure that the system has the latest patches and updates. Check the AV software and other malware protection software to ensure that the latest updates and file definations have applied. Visit anITKB.com, an IT Knowledge Base.
