Hello, I wanted to know if the if the computer accounts with $ at the end (like mycomputer$) could behave like domain users accounts. Every security principal may have permissions on objects (files, folders, registry, AD, etc.). Since computer account is security principal it is possible to assign certain permissions for computer account. For example this is necessary when locally running service needs to write some data to a share.
