Access is Denied problem on command prompt
Access is Denied problem on command prompt when trying to overwrite a file on system32 folder.I have given the user accounts control setting to never notify still its not working.I am running Win 7 Home Basic 64-Bit please help me out of here

Hi,
What happen when you run as administrator?
Open Start, point to All Programs, Accessories, right-click
Command Prompt, select Run as administrator.
In addition, for files under system32 folder, make sure that changing this file will not affect your system. Please also try to take ownership of the file and try again.
