Access Denied - to particular user

Sometime a particular user from the same domain can’t access the server, even the user and the server belongs to same domain.
When I change password of that particular user then it get access to server.
After some duration the same thing happen, access denied for that user and again I reset the password.
If this is a virus issue, I scanned that P.C. many times and I found no virus on that.
Please Help.

Someone else is change the password, or the account is getting locked out.Check Security Event logs on all the Domain Controllers to determine which one it is.
