Microsoft Asset Inventory Service Overview says that our subscription has expired and the grace period has lapsed. However, looking at the Administration page Subscription End date is 01/04/2012. We are desperately trying to find someone to talk to about this (preferably in the UK) but all contacts seem to have no knowledge of AIS. Can anyone help?

Also, did you purchase MDOP through a Microsoft rep or through a partner?  I would contact them immediately and have them escalate it.
