Hello,to check replication run on the DCs 'repadmin /showrepl' or choose 'replmon' from the run line. For both ones install the 2003 support tools on the DCs. Also control the event viewer for error messages. Do you have connectivity between the DCs, check with pinging by ip address, computername and FQDN.
