hi, i want to install AD RMS on Server 2008 R2 x64. but somehow does not come SCP setup screen, and it give SCP Settings Error. I delete successful SCP from RMS Toolkit. "Adscpregister unregisterscp" It give error SCP is at the end of the installation. And i look event record : "Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) was not able to retrieve the certificate hierarchy. nope. I tried it. But, it unsolved. I renew install test AD and AD RMS on the same test server (Server 2008 R2). But, i have still this problem. what else could be ? Thanks.
