AD RMS - Unexpected error (new users)
Hello I have a server ADRMS currently installed and have 2 security policies. All my AD users that existed before the installation of ADRMS can usually have access to these policies. But when I create a new user through the Word and try to apply the policy to the Word document gives the following error: unexpected error. try again later or contact your system administrator. But the strange thing is that the same computer if I use an old user works. Could anyone help me?

I found the answer in this link: http://serena-yeoh.blogspot.com/2010/01/adventures-with-ad-rms.html The user cannot have a email address. I create a Exchange Mailbox for to the user and the problem has resolved. Thank you

AD RMS requires an email address in all accounts being used to protect or consume content, and if you try to protect or consume a document with an account that doesn't have an email address you'll get an Windows Live ID prompt and then an "Unexpected Error Occurred" message. For RMS queries, post here. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-us/rms/threads/ Thanks
