AD General Response : While running 'AD General Response' The error returned was 'LDAP://server.domain.local/rootDS E' (0x8007203A

Hi!
I get some script errors with the AD-management pack on my 2012 and 2012 R2 servers. The old 2008 R2 seems to work fine.

I have replaced the old 2008 R2 DC with new 2012 DC:s with new names.

I get errors like:

AD General Response : While running 'AD General Response' the following
consecutive errors were encountered:
The error returned was 'LDAP://server.domain.local/rootDSE' (0x8007203A)

AD Replication Partner Count : The script 'AD Replication Partner Count' failed
to initialize correctly. The error returned was: 'Object required' (0x80000000)

AD Lost And Found Object Count : Script 'AD Lost And Found Object Count' was
unable to bind to the lost and found container.

Any idea?

To add to the equation I can connect from my local computer and the dc and make LDAP queries. DCDIAG shows no errors.

I have similar messages after replacing my 2008 DCs with 2012 DC's. AD health appears to be fine, its just SCOM screaming.
