Can anyone send me some links on how to set up/create a relying party? Im not looking at add one yet. Do i still need to install ADFS? Trying to do some testing on ADFS before pushing it out. Thanks

Hmm.. I am missing something.. These links have "Add" a relying party. I want to create one.

Not sure what the difference is... What side of the trust are you looking to be (Resource or Identity)

I would agree with this suggestion, as we mainly focus on ADDS related question in this forum, there is not too much about ADFS aspect here.
 
The Geneva forum on MSDN is where most ADFS experts hang out, there you can get more experienced responses.
