ACS Alerts - Forwarder Disconnected due to timeout Alerts

We are getting lots of alerts as below:

"Microsoft Audit Collection Services Forwarder Disconnected Due To Timeout".

What are the implications of overriding this alert, to stop it. or is there any other way to handle such situation.

Hi Sir,

Generally, these alerts could be caused by the agent that is offline or the ACS Forwarder service not running.

Please try to check the state for agent :

SCOM Console --> Monitoring -> Microsoft Audit Collection Services -> Forwarder

This can also happen because of the amount of data. How you applied a filter to ACS?
