2 step verification problem

Hey sir/madame at Microsoft,

I'm sad to inform you about a problem i'm having. I have an Microsoft account (jemma-smith@outlook.com) but i forgot my password and it has a 2 step verification. However i don't use my account much and when i went to use it and realized i had forgotten the password the security question and details were out of date (example my phone number). You need to be able to use to pieces of your security details for a password to be sent, however i don't know any of them because they are so out of date. Is there anyway you could help me?

I have tried using an back up email but i have also forgot the password on it (jemma_smith528@hotmail.co.uk) and that also has a 2 step verification method and this account also has out of date details. So i'm absolutely stuck and don't know what to do. :(

If you have an issue with an Azure account, please try to contact with support,  it's the best choice for you.
Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/
