Greetings All,I have a HyperV server (2008 server R2 Datacenter EDTx64) witha few virtual instances, one of which is has Exchange 2007, one is a file/web server. Both have 2008 Server R2DatacenterX64 installed. My issue is that I cannot install 64-BIT SP2 for 2008 Server. The error is "This service pack does not apply to the version of Windows running on this computer". I read that SP2 is supported version for 2008 Server Datacenter. I know I have the 64Bit Version and tried both 64Bit and X86. I also have the same issue trying to update my Exchange 2007 server with SP2 for Exchange. Is 2008 Server Datacenter R2version not supported? Is Exchange 2007 on 2008 Server Datacenter R2 not supported? Please HELP!Thanks!Michael n

Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 applies only to Windows Server 2008 installations.Currently there is no Service Pack for Windows Server 2008 R2.Also, You will not need to install Service Pack 2 on Windows Server 2008 R2.Exchange 2007 currently is not supported on Windows Server 2008 R2.The exchange team is working on this.
