2008 SERVER R2 CLOCK RUNS 5 MINUTES FAST
Hello,
Recently, (a few months), the clock on our server began tracking 5 minutes fast. Server 2008 R2 64. I'm not an expert, but I've followed the know methods I'm aware of to solve this. 1) changed the time in BIOS 2) updated the BIOS to the latest release from
Dell. 3) called Dell support, advised to do the above mentioned.
At this point I'm at a loss. The workstations are synching to the server and many of our applications are time sensitive so I'd like to correct this if possible.
Any suggestions?
Dell PowerEdge T410, Server 2008 R2 64 bit.
