The Windows 2003 server is rebooting itself and get the error below. It is a file server and backup server. There's no driver that has been installed resently.
1001 The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x00000020, 0xd0000002, 0x00000000, 0xf734a0bf). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
When it starts up it blue screens with error
The reason supplied by user Server\username for the last unexpected shutdown of this computer is: System Failure: Stop error

You may need to analyze the crash dump file to analysis the root cause of the issue.

In case if you are not able to resolve the issue you may also contact Microsoft Customer Service directly so that the memory dump file can be analyzed and this issue can be resolved efficiently.

Before contacting Microsoft Customer Support Service, you can check if the following hotfix can resolve the issue:
Because of a timing issue in the "NetBIOS over the TCP/IP" module, a Windows Server 2003-based computer may restart unexpectedly and then generate a 0x000000D1 Stop error
