Hello every one 

i ma using Microsoft Report Viewer to design some kind of  certificate  i have some questions :

1: is this the proper tool or there is another tool can do this ?

2: the view in designer mod is ok but when i try to extract it as pdf it look so different and there is alot of white spaces were added to the pdf file 

3: how can i display it in web browser in MVC 5

note : iam using Arabic language
