'Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service' issue

Hello,

when trying to open some specific UNC path im getting -> Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Some do work though, as im able to access 3 out of 5 network drives. After a restart, everything is back to normal. But then after some days this message comes up again.

Its a Windows Server 2008 R2. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I did apply the registry changes mentioned in KB304101 yesterday. After a restart i was able to connect to all my drives. Today it is still working. Ill be checking every 4-5 days.

However, i dont understand how this can happen to a server OS that is ment to be running 24/7.
